The curriculum consists of English, Maths, Science, Drama, Art, History, Geography, Music, Citizenship and Sport. A healthy balance in the curriculum is reached by having six and a half hours of sports per week, allowing them to not only stretch their minds but muscles too.Spanish is taught as an additional language. A number of these subjects are taught by specialist teachers, others by our dedicated Key Stage 2 team.
Year 5 and 6 play sport together and have lunch together. This helps create a strong school community as pupils make friends in the years above and below them. There is a range of co-curricular opportunities for Junior children, not to mention the Lower School Play and Year 6 pantomimes to get involved with. Pantomimes are held in a range of theatres such as the RADA Studios.
