Lower 6th Science trip to the Natural History Museum
‘Some of our lower 6th scientists came along to the amazing Animals Inside Out Body Worlds exhibition at the Natural History Museum. The exhibition featured animal bodies which had been ‘plastinated’, allowing an extraordinary detail of anatomy to be displayed. On show was an elephant, gorilla, giraffe and much more. It gave our lower 6th pupils a great insight into the level of detail in animal anatomies. We would highly recommend a visit, if you aren’t too squeamish!'
