| Where are the Examinations held? |

| What time do Examinations start? |
|
|

| Start times for GCSE mocks vary. |

| Candidates who are permitted to have an Extra Time Allowance |

|
| Extra time will be added at the end of examinations. All pupils start their exams at the time stated in the timetable. |

| What time should I turn up for the Examinations? |
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
| You should be outside the Examination room at least ten minutes before the scheduled start time of the Examination. |
|
|
|
|
| If you arrive late you may not be allowed additional time at the end of the examination. Where a pupil arrives more than 30 minutes late for an examination |
|
| invigilators havr the right to refuse entry. |
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
| EXAM RULES |
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
| Pupils must not talk to each other inside the examination room. If you have a question, raise your hand and wait for a teacher or invigilator to speak with you. |
|
| All bags and outside coats, scarves, gloves, etc must be placed at the back of the examination room or outside. |
|
|
|
|
| If you have a mobile phone, it must be placed in the envelope on your desk. The envelope will be collected by a teacher at the start of the exam, and returned |
| to you at the end of the exam. If a mobile phone is found on your person, you will be disqualified from that examination. |
|
|
|
| It is your responsibility to have the correct equipment with you for your examinations. You will not be allowed to borrow equipment from other pupils during |
|
| the examination. The only pencil case you can have on your desk is one made of clear plastic. |
|
|
|
|
|
|
| EXAM LEAVE |
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
| Year 11 pupils will not have normal lessons during the period of mock exams. They are required to be in school only when they are timetabled for an exam. |
|
| Year 11 pupils are to wear normal school uniform throughout the exams. Pupils not wearing the correct uniform will be sent home to change. |
|
|
| Normal lessons for year 11 resume on Thursday 12th January (except for pupils doing Art and Italian on Thursday) |
|
|
|
|
| |
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
| Teachers will be available for help and support throughout the exam period. However, please make appointments with them in advance. |
|
|
| The library in 58 Portland Place will be available throughout the exams period for supervised private study. |
|
|
|
